What we do
OPL International is a footwear manufacturer in Agra, India, working across leather and PU construction for men's, women's and kids' ranges. A programme can begin at any point — a sketch, a reference pair, a moodboard or a completed tech pack — and the same team carries it through material selection, pattern and last work, prototyping, fit correction, buyer sampling and quality-controlled bulk production.
Concept development and product direction, worked against your market and price point.
Materials, patterns, construction and prototypes, until the pair behaves the way it should.
Cutting, stitching, assembly and finishing, to the standard the approved sample sets.
Quality control, packaging and shipment, documented for the destination market.
About
OPL International Shoes Pvt. Ltd. is a footwear manufacturing company based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh — India's oldest and largest footwear cluster — producing leather and PU footwear for men, women and kids across two manufacturing units.
The work starts at the product rather than at the order. Before a style reaches a production line it has been through last selection, pattern and grading, material trials and a fit-corrected sample, because those decisions determine what a pair costs to make and how consistently it can be repeated at volume.
Design and development run in-house alongside production. A brand can arrive with a reference photograph, a moodboard or a finished technical package, and leave with a buyer-ready sample and a costed route into bulk — with OEM, ODM and private-label programmes handled the same way.
Who we work with
What a programme needs depends on what you arrive with. A retailer developing an own-label range works differently from a brand sending a completed tech pack, and both work differently from a founder with a single reference pair.
Collections
Six core categories across men's, women's and kids' footwear — sneakers, boots, casuals, loafers and open footwear in leather, suede, nubuck and PU. Any style can be produced as shown, reworked for a market and price point, or used as a reference for something developed from scratch.
Design & development
Development happens in-house. 33+ original designs have been taken from concept through to a sample a buyer can hold, and the same route is open to a brand arriving with its own idea.
A brief, a market and a price point become a drawn idea.
Leather, textile, PU and components are matched to the design.
Last, pattern and sole are worked out together, not in sequence.
A first physical version to test the shape and the fit.
A buyer-ready pair, made the way production would make it.
Changes to material, colour, fit or detail until it is signed off.
The approved sample becomes the standard the line works to.
Manufacturing

Concepts are drawn in-house, then reviewed against the buyer’s market, price point and season.
02
Leather, suede, textile, PU and components are selected and matched to the construction.

Scroll the line to follow a pair from cutting through to dispatch.
Materials
Upper, lining, sole and components are selected against the construction, the target landed cost and the market a pair is going to. Leather, suede, nubuck, textile and PU uppers are combined with EVA, TPR, PU and rubber soling depending on the weight, flex and wear the style needs. Sourcing is arranged per programme rather than held as fixed stock.
Quality
Inspection sits inside production rather than at the end of it. Material is checked before it is cut, and the pair is assessed again at each stage it passes through, because a fault found at closing costs a component and a fault found at final inspection costs a finished pair.
The reference for every check is the buyer-approved sample. Inspection records can be shared on request, and where a customer runs its own or a third-party inspection programme, we work alongside it.
