Manufacturing

Manufacturing runs across two units in Agra, producing leather and PU footwear for men, women and kids. Design and development sits in-house, so a collection can be created from scratch or built around a buyer’s brief and taken through to a sample ready for approval.

Material is inspected on arrival, and the product is checked again at cutting, stitching, assembly and finishing, with a final inspection before packing. A dedicated logistics team manages documentation and dispatch to the destination market. Environmental and labour practice is treated as part of how the business runs day to day, not as a separate initiative.
