Quality

Quality control sits inside production rather than at the end of it. Material is inspected when it arrives, before anything is cut. The pair is then checked at cutting, at stitching, at assembly and at finishing, and again as a finished pair before it is packed.

The standard each check works to is the approved sample, not a general idea of what good looks like. That is the point of sampling: once a buyer signs off a pair, that pair is the reference the line is measured against.

Inspection records can be shared with buyers on request. Where a customer runs their own inspection, or appoints a third party, we work to that programme alongside our own.

We publish certifications only where the certificate exists and can be verified. If a compliance standard matters to your market, tell us which one and we will tell you plainly where we stand on it.
